Assign custom print colors per floss for both cross-stitch and backstitch. Overrides apply to PDF and PNG exports while preserving your original palette.
The color key now shows both the real DMC swatch and your print color side-by-side, with symbol overlays for quick reference.
Backstitch-only and dual-use colors now get a dedicated legend section with accurate segment counts. No more conflated numbers.
Landscape and portrait orientation options in the export dialog. All pages, including chart tiles and color key, respect the selected orientation.
Folders, archive, and relative timestamps in the pattern gallery. Create folders, drag patterns between them, and archive old work without deleting it.
Save your designer name, URL, and copyright template. New patterns auto-fill these fields so you never have to re-enter them.
Set your canvas background to match your fabric. Cream, black, or any custom color. Applies to the editor, PNG export, and PDF charts.
Press D for draw, E for eraser, F for fill, S for select, I for eyedropper, B for backstitch, Space to pan. Tooltips show the shortcut for each tool.
Layer controls, folder actions, and other hover-only elements are now always visible and tappable on touch devices.
Completely rebuilt the undo system. History is now tracked as immutable snapshots, eliminating issues with lost steps, double-press requirements, and silent failures.
Paste now places content exactly where expected. Flip and rotate only affect pasted content. Cross-pattern paste adds missing colors to the palette automatically.
Higher-resolution cover thumbnails, thicker backstitch lines on charts, and selectable fabric counts in the export dialog.
